Les Rivets Stock
The lake is being drain down in 2011 and will be re-stocked in late January or beginning of February, the exact date will depend on the weather conditions at the time.

The stocking of the lake will happen in January or Feb 2012 with over 260 Carp and the stock pond will receive 100 fish to grow on. The stocking is going to done by Bigot Piscicultures and the lake will receive Grass, Common and Mirror Carp to 46lbs in weight. |

A total of 260 fish will be stocked, and 100 fish placed in the stock pond. 157 * 20lb’s, 64 * 25lb's, 25 * 30lb's, 12 * 34lb’s, 2 * 40 lbs (Common, Mirror) 3 from 43-46lbs Mirror/Common The exact weights will be posted as soon as they are delivered. |

These Carp are French Royals and have been chosen for their tone and colouring, and using this strain we can expect fish under 40lbs to increase in weight by over 5lb's a year. The larger fish will have a smaller growth rate but we are hopefully that there will be a 50 or even high 50lb fish in the fishery within the first 3 years.

Les Rivets also has a stocking program so that each December / January new stock will be added to the lake. It has been decided that we are not stocking Catfish at Les Rivets.
