To reserve a booking a £250 deposit is payable and the balance payable 10 weeks before start of your holiday. There are three packages available at present, but if you need extra persons or variation please contact us for a quote.

Food package only available for drive and survive and exclusive lake booking at €140 per person includes full English breakfast and 2 course evening meal.

Accommodations prices include the following:
Exclusive use of the 4 bedroom house.
Exclusive use of the 9 acre lake. (Includes one free angler see below).
Heated Outdoor Swimming pool and sun bathing area.
All bed linen and tea towels provided.
No Hidden charge for Electric etc
Satellite TV
Laundry facilities
Notes: If extra persons required please contact us. The pool is open
from May to September but can be opened outside these months
for a small charge to cover heating costs.

The Fully exlusive price includes one fee Angler additional Anglers at £95 per person per week and children under 16 years are £70 per week. If you wish to purchase daily tickets then these will be available from the bailiff at €35 a day. This means a family of 8 staying at the house and three people are fishing in August would be priced at £1,450 + (2 * £95) total cost of week = £1,640
