The house has four bedrooms, two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs all have double beds and one top bedroom has a single.
There are also two bathrooms, the downstairs bathroom has a bath, wash basin and a walk in shower, and the other bathroom has a shower, wash basins and a toilet.
There is SKY television, Internet and DVD system for your entertainment.
Grounds:
The patio is over 80 sq metres and contains a BBQ and large table with ten chairs. Half the patio area is covered by an electric blind. The house to the lake is only 50 metres and has mowed grass around it to about 300 metres. There are 6 acres of forest with a walk path and rest of the grounds are cut grass. The swimming pool is heated to 27-28c and there are six sun loungers for sun bathing.

Bedrooms:
There are four bedrooms two on the ground floor and two bedrooms are on the top floor, both top floor bedrooms are double sized rooms. On request we can add more beds in these bedrooms. In the TV room at the top of the stairs there is a put me up bed.
All bedrooms have double beds.
Lounge / Dining room:
There is a Dining table with six chairs and a three piece suite in the lounge. A wood burner and three large Windows overlooking the lake, one of the French window openings onto a 80 square meter patio.
Bathrooms:
In the ground floor bathroom there is a double wash basin, is a Jacuzzi bath and the shower is a walk in. The toilet downstairs has its own room next to the bathroom. There are plenty of power points for hair-dryers, and shavers. On the top floor there is a cabinet type shower, toilet, and single wash basin with mirror. There are also plenty of power points.
Kitchen:
Includes electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, all cooking utensils, cutlery and tea towels are provided.
Garage
In the garage there is a utility room (washing machine and dryer), there is a wood shed containing cut wood for the wood burner if needed.
